@rhysintherain and I had discussed the possibility that Minsc might encourage Rakha to find her own "hamster" to help provide her guidance and moral fortitude, and as I was doing Rakha's respec just now, it occurred to me that one of the spells she can take as a wizard is Find Familiar.

And one of the familiars summonable by a 2-level wizard is... a rat.

So yeah. Rakha has her own hamster now. XD

I will almost inevitably forget to mention it in the vast majority of cases, but it is there. I choose to believe:

it is a rat that Minsc and Boo fished out of the sewers for her

she names it Ash after its grey coat

it is very very good at skittering away in moments of danger and reappearing, seemingly from thin air, later

Wyll is NOT thrilled about its presence but doesn't object because Rakha seems pleased to have it

Rakha enjoys sitting with it and feeding it bits from her dinner and showing it little light cantrips

it never gives her any advice that she can discern but she remains hopeful

The song in the chart is Hibana (Spark) by DE//CO*27, and I mainly imagine this song for their relationship during Daily Life Arc, mostly in Hibari's POV. Besides that, I do have a Kana POV song that's also by DE//CO*27, which parallels Hibana, and it's Ghost Rule. I'm one of those believers who think these two songs actually communicate with each other, one from each person in the relationship.

We actually even considered this song when thinking of the ship name for them, just look at Sou and I's chat around the time when its abt to be New Year 2022 at the ungodly hour of 12-1AM hahahaha (we're finalizing ship names for both hibari/kana and tsuna/kurumi here btw)

Back then, it was only to reference the song title itself. But turns out, their relationship also fits oddly so perfectly with the lyrics. I shit you not when I say I can do a dissection of the lyrics on how it fit them sdjfbhsdfsf

PDA, Jealousy, Clingy - There's definitely little to no PDA and if there is, it's probably subconscious. But as mentioned before, they're both very private people. Same with jealousy and clinginess. I find those types of pairings in itself charming too, I go into those ships already assuming that it will sink but I still have fun.

There was obvious disgust on his face upon hearing the phrase; I figured he liked feminine men. As FUCKING IF! Nnoitra could accept the pretty-boy aesthetic. You know? Guys who weren't exactly macho, but they weren't femboys. Femboys? NO THANKS. They weren't appealing to Nnoitra at all. He was actually disgusted by men who portrayed themselves as feminine. Feminine traits in guys was fucking repulsive. The same went for women with masculine traits. Women were supposed to be feminine, and men were supposed to be masculine. It wasn't fucking rocket science.

If he was going to sleep with someone feminine, obviously he'd pick a woman.

As for pulling the "no homo, they're basically women"-card. What kinda fucking logic was that? Men could never be women, no matter how feminine they were. Feminine, flamboyant men were still men - they were just disgusting men. Nnoitra also didn't need to convince himself of his sexuality. He didn't have a problem being bisexual. It was something he'd come to terms with many years ago already. He just didn't like for others to know that he was into guys. He knew that people would view him as inferior. They'd put him in the same box as all those weird-ass gay guys who wore stockings and waved the pride-flag. Nnoitra's sexuality didn't have anything to do with his personality. He was just as much a man as any straight guy out there, so that's why he lived his life "closeted", as they called it. There was nothing about him that would make anyone view him as anything other than a straight man. And that's how he liked it.

If it hadn't been for dating apps, it would've been a big problem for him to even find guys to pick up. He did not want to go to a gay bar. His absolute nightmare was that people at work would find out about his sexuality. With the choices he made while dating Grimmjow... Yeah, he had paid heavily in order to keep the secret safe.
